Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery the sign does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department (sales@neonsign.sanclemente.com) within 24 hours.

Pictures may be required in certain instances in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by NeonSign.com.

You are agreeing that should your sign need repair during the warranty period that NeonSign.com will provide the required units that need to be replaced. You will be the responsible party for making the necessary repairs.

Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or exchanges on Neon products.
