How long will my order take to ship?
All Products sign orders will generally ship within 5 to 7 business days. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within the normal time frame, please contact us check for order status shipping.
Where will my items be shipped from?
All Products signs ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse located in California.
What's included in my purchase?
For INDOOR sign - you'll be receiving complete neon sign, plug and play:
Neon sign with backing (depends on request)
Power supply with 6ft cable
Neon StandOff or Chain (depends on request)
For OUTDOOR sign - neon sign in aluminum box with no sponge plug power supply. For additional outdoor power supply, additional $85 fee. "
Does my neon include hardware to hang it?
Yes, we provide hanging hardware stainless chain.
Can I turn my neon on or off?
Yes, it comes with a pull up chain to turn sign on/off.
Can I place my neon outdoors?
We normally make indoor signs. But for an OUTDOOR sign, there will be an additional charge for making the sign inside an aluminum box to protect it from the weather. It comes without a plug, ready to be hardwired into your electric.
What does it mean if I hear a high-pitched tone?
Electronic neon transformers output a very high frequency. A high-pitched tone could be audible to some, but most likely not to others. This is completely normal.
Why is my neon sign flickering?
If this happens, the voltage supply to the light should be inspected for any loose connections.
What size letters should I get on my neon sign?
We can bend neon glass tube for at least 3″ tall. We have standard sizes you can choose from. Provide the size of the wall where you want to hang/mount your sign, and we’ll advise what’s the best size for you.
What type of power outlet do I need?
Our signs are powered by 12 volts. So, the included power supply can be plugged directly into a standard electrical outlet. No hardwiring is required.
Should I leave my neon sign on 24/7?
You don’t have to leave it on for 24/7, but you can leave it on without affecting the longevity of the sign.
Can I get a dimmer for my sign?
Yes, we can upgrade the power supply with a dimmer feature for an additional $85.
Can I make my sign flash (on and off)?

How much does a custom sign cost?
Price of the custom sign will depend on the size, and the amount of tube needs to be used for the design.
How long will my sign take to arrive?
“Standard size will take 3-5 business days within US. Ship via freight will take 5-7 business days.
If you are within CA – it will take 1-2 business days”
Where do you ship from? How much is shipping?
Our signs are manufactured and manually bend in our shop at California near LA.
Will my sign be safe to ship?
We guarantee no breakage, and we pay UPS/freight insurance so that sign will not get broken upon shipping.
Do you make and install large outdoor signs?
Yes, we can make up to 120″. And yes for installation, if you are near LA.
Can I use your signs in my home or business?
Yes, either is totally fine.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, we offer 1 year warranty – including free repair, if sign is faulty or the power supply.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discount specially for bulk orders.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes.
My sign arrived broken, now what?
We pay insurance to ensure your sign will arrive in the best condition. But if there are unexpected circumstances that the sign is broken – we will have the courier pick up the sign, reship to the factory, repair, and ship back to you for FREE.
What is your return policy?
No, all custom neon sales are final. Due to the delicate and custom nature of the product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
How do I track my order?
We will provide you your tracking number via email once your sign is shipped. Or you may contact us for follow ups.
Are your neon lights battery-operated or do they plug in?
We do not sell battery operated sign, all are plugins.
Can I get an LED neon light that will stand up without needing to be wall mounted?
Yes, we can make a stand alone neon with bend at the bottom of the backing.
Do I need a remote / dimmer for my LED neon light?
You don’t need to, but you can have one.
What other types of signs can you do?
We can make conventional neon, LED Flex, LED bulbs, Gas LED and Edge lit LED.
Do you have a sign that is only partially neon?
We can install neon tube to your own backing like picture frame, wood backing or something that is easy to drill and attach the neon tubes.
What are the different Backing Options available on my sign?
Standard backing is black plastic with top and bottom protective bend – can be updraded to clear and white.
Are your neon signs UL certified?
Yes.
How long will my neon power supply last?
Some of the neon sign may last for a decade some may fail earlier. But some may need maintenance like replacing power supply – there are few things that may affect power supply – heat, electric surges/consistency of electrical supply.
Can I order neon tubing or accessories to be installed directly onto my wall?
Yes, if you are near LA.
Do you ship your products to locations outside of the US?
For now, we can only ship within US.
Do you charge an order cancellation fee?
We do not accept cancellation, all orders are final.
What are your payment methods?
For now, we accept credit/debit card and PayPal.

Can I pay extra for a Rush Order?
Yes, rush order fee starts from $150 depending on how many days left to make the neon sign.
Is shipping included in the price?
We always provide the breakdown of the sign cost and shipping cost.
Do you ship your neon signs to locations outside the continental US?
For custom sign with standard size: Yes, we can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada for an additional fee. Additional taxes and fees may also apply upon delivery in Canada.

What color is the brightest?
Red & Blue are the most popular and brightest colors.
What is the life expectancy of my neon sign?
About 3-5 years depending on how you take good care of your sign, some signs may last a decade. You just need to replace transformer.
How much does it cost to operate a neon sign?
Neon signs are extremely efficient. The reason they look so bright is because all of the output is focused within a small wavelength band of light. The average neon sign only consumes about .8 amps ( 8 tenths of an amp). This equates to about 96 watts (about equal to a single light bulb). Average cost to operate your neon sign is only about 20 cents per day (if you operate it 24 hours per day).
Can I pay for my neon sign using C.O.D?
We do not ship any of our products out for Collect on Delivery. All orders must be pre-paid. We accept all major credit cards, check, or you can also make a payment to us via Paypal.
How far away will the letters on my neon sign be readable?
As a general rule of thumb, your letters will be legible up to 38 feet away for each inch of letter height. Hence, 6 inch lettering would be readable up to 200 feet away. Red neon letters are most readable, and account for its popularity in open signs. Purples and yellows are least readable and are usually recommended for borders. Black backings will also increase the visibility of your sign.

What is the difference of Neon and LED Flex?
Can I pay for my neon sign using C.O.D?
We do not usually advise to clean the sign. But if you insist, please make sure you prepare things You'll Need:
- Soft bristle nylon brush
- 1/2-cup household ammonia
- 1/2-cup water
- Plastic container
- Microfiber cloth
Step 1
Unplug the neon light or sign. Allow the tubes to completely cool.
Step 2
Brush the neon tubes with a soft bristle nylon brush to remove surface dust. Apply only light pressure to the brush to prevent breaking or damaging the light.
Step 3
Inspect the neon tubes for stubborn residue, such as nicotine stains. If residue or stains remain on the light, mix 1/2 cup of household ammonia with 1/2 cup of water in a plastic container.
Step 4
Dip a microfiber cloth in the ammonia solution. Wring out the cloth to remove excess liquid.
Step 5
Wipe the neon tubes gently with the damp cloth to remove sticky stains and stubborn residue. Allow the tubes to air-dry completely.
Tip
You can substitute a soft sock for the soft bristle nylon brush.
Warning
Never clean a neon sign without first unplugging; the high voltage can cause serious injuries. Do not soak the sign with the solution; the block-out paint on the neon tubes can crack and peel off.
