To help keep your costs as low as possible, we do not accept returns or process exchanges. The only exception is for defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and the materials must be returned to NeonSign.com within 30 days. Credit will be issued when returned stock is received and deemed defective. Please submit a request in writing to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Packages received without an RMA Number will be refused.
