Pictures may be required in certain instances in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by NeonSign.com.

You are agreeing that should your sign need repair during the warranty period that NeonSign.com will provide the required units that need to be replaced. You will be the responsible party for making the necessary repairs.
